Miami Supreme Home Services, LLC provides pediatric applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to families across Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at miamishs.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What this policy covers — and what it doesn’t
This policy covers information collected through this website.
It does not cover health information about children who receive our services. That information is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and is described in our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, which we provide to families at intake and which is available on request.
We do not collect health information through this website. Our forms are designed to collect only the contact details we need to reach you.

We ask for your contact details so we can call you back and discuss whether our services fit your family. Please do not include diagnoses, medical records, or other health details in these forms. If you do, we will treat that information with the same care we apply to all client information, but the forms are not designed or intended for it.

We use this only to evaluate your application and contact you about it.
Information collected automatically
Server logs. Our web host records standard information for every visit, including IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. This is ordinary web server activity used for security and troubleshooting.
Form submissions. When you submit a form, our forms software records the submission along with your IP address and the date and time.
Cookies. Our website uses cookies for basic functionality — remembering your language preference between English and Spanish, and keeping the site working correctly as you move between pages. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
Embedded maps. Our Contact page includes a Google Map. When it loads, Google may collect information about your visit under its own privacy policy.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.
We use a small number of service providers to operate the website, and information passes through them:
- GoDaddy — website hosting
- Microsoft 365 — email delivery of form notifications
- Google — map display on the Contact page
- Automattic (Akismet) — spam filtering on form submissions
Each processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our families, staff, or organization.
How long we keep information
Form submissions are automatically deleted from our website after 365 days.
Email notification records are kept for 60 days.
Résumés and applications are retained for 365 days and then deleted, unless you become an employee or contractor, in which case they become part of your personnel record.
If you’d like us to delete your information sooner, contact us at privacy@miamishs.com.
How we protect information
Our website uses TLS encryption, so information you submit travels encrypted. Access to form submissions is limited to staff who need it. Email notifications are sent through authenticated Microsoft 365 infrastructure.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may:
- Ask what we have. Request a copy of the information you’ve submitted.
- Ask us to correct it. Tell us if something is wrong.
- Ask us to delete it. We’ll remove it unless we’re required to keep it.
- Opt out of contact. Tell us to stop contacting you at any time.

Children’s privacy
This website is intended for parents, guardians, caregivers, and job applicants — not for children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Information about the children we serve is collected through our intake process, not through this website, and is protected under HIPAA. See our Notice of Privacy Practices, provided to families at intake and available on request.
Links to other sites
Our website links to other organizations, including our accreditation body and Supreme Twins Foundation. Those are separate websites with their own privacy practices, and this policy doesn’t apply to them.
Supreme Twins Foundation
Supreme Twins Foundation is a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Miami Supreme Home Services, LLC and Supreme Twins Foundation are legally distinct entities. Information you submit through this website goes to Miami Supreme Home Services, LLC.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
